The Graduate School of Agricultural Science at Tohoku University is looking to recruit a professor.
Successful candidates are expected to have extensive knowledge of plant cell biology and metabolic physiology. They should also have research experience in nitrogen metabolism in rice and other crops and be willing to undertake research that leads to improvement in the productivity and quality of major crops.
They will also be tasked with providing appropriate education and research guidance to students.
