All graduating students are invited to attend their commencement ceremony in person at Xebio Arena Sendai on March 26, 2024. The ceremony will be divided into two sessions - one for undergraduates and one for graduate students.

All family members and guardians are also welcome to attend, but as guest seating is limited at the arena, there is a possibility of standing room only once the maximum seating capacity is reached.

Family and friends who are unable to attend can watch the live stream of the ceremony online.

Date and time: March 26, 2024

• For graduate students: 9:40 a.m.
  (Doors open at 8:45 a.m., please be seated by 9:25 a.m.)
• For undergraduates: 11:30 a.m.
  (Doors open at 10:45 a.m., please be seated by 11:15 a.m.)

Venue: Xebio Arena Sendai

There is no parking at the arena so please take public transport.

Anyone requiring special arrangements or assistance should contact the Academic Affairs Section of their faculty or graduate school before March.
