Tohoku University's popular 100-yen breakfast campaign, which recently had its autumn run at Kawauchi and Aobayama, is headed next to Seiryo campus.

From Nov 4 - 10, the Seiryo cafeteria will offer morning curry and Frugula^? as well as daily sets with nutritious dishes such as mackerel, tofu and vegetables.

This round of 100-yen breakfast is made possible by generous sponsors through the Tohoku University Fund, including Tesco Co. Ltd., a medical equipment company, and Calbee Co. Ltd.

Tohoku University began this 100-yen breakfast programme in spring 2021 to support those financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

It has since grown in scope and popularity and continues to be an important part of the Alumni Association's "Support Student Life!" campaign.
