In 2016, Japanese astronaut Takuya Onishi was deployed by Japan Aerospace Exploration 雷速体育_中国足彩网￥在线直播ncy(JAXA) as a flight engineer on an expedition to the International Space Station(ISS). Onishi spent four months aboard the ISS, during which time he conducted experiments in the Japanese science laboratory "Kibo."
On April 22, Tohoku University's Frontier 雷速体育_中国足彩网￥在线直播 Institute for Interdisciplinary Sciences presents an information session with Onishi at the Wakabayashi Bunka Center. He will talk about life as an astronaut on ISS, and will be joined by scientists from Tohoku University who will introduce their research done in connection with JAXA.
