Tohoku University students who are scheduled to graduate in September 2024 or March 2025, and who are hoping for employment with a Japanese company, might be interested in signing up for this year's Career Job Fair.

The three-day online event will be held in the first week of March and will feature more than 170 Japanese companies. Participants will be able to listen to information and find out about employment opportunities at these companies through 25-minute Zoom sessions. This is a good chance to talk to companies and organizations that are interested in hiring Tohoku University graduates.

In the lead up to the Career Job Fair, there will be a special lecture on February 27 by Tohoku University Specially Appointed Professor Ryuta Masuzawa, who is an advisor at the university's Center for Career Support. He will speak on what to expect during the job hunting season and how best to prepare for it.
