Job Description

This position focuses on a field of research related to heterogeneous integration and packaging process technologies that enable the fabrication of next-generation semiconductor functional devices (such as electronic, optical, power, and bio-devices) with outstanding characteristics including compact size, high performance, high energy efficiency, and superior heat dissipation.

Successful candidates will belong to the Graduate School of Engineering and will be engaged in education and research related to the above-mentioned. As for student education, successful candidates will be in charge of classes in the Department of Electrical, Information and Physics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering.

Qualifications

• Must have a doctoral degree (Ph.D.) upon arrival at the post
• Distinguished achievements in the above-mentioned specialized field
• Regardless of nationality, candidates must display a precise understanding of Japanese and English, such that they can instruct students

6. Names and contact information of two people who can act as referees
