Job Description

IMR is seeking a researcher to conduct studies on the creation and structural analysis of new materials contributing to the energy storage field - as well as their application to electrochemical devices such as batteries - based on inorganic materials chemistry and inorganic solid-state chemistry.

Successful candidates will collaborate with Professor Akitoshi Hayashi on the development and application of functional solid-state materials applicable to all-solid-state batteries, and on structural analysis using the latest analytical instruments.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Ph.D. degree
• Specialized expertise in the synthesis of inorganic materials, device applications, or structural analysis of these materials
• Capable of outstanding research that pushes current boundaries of knowledge
